Active FXTM (CO2 Lite)
What is Active FXTM ?
The Active FX technique is a new technology in CO2 laser skin resurfacing that can improve the texture, tightness and tone of skin with minimum down time. It is the less ablative version of CO2 laser resurfacing. The down time is much less than that of the CO2 laser because the treatments are not as deep and it leaves behind bridges of intact skin that will hasten the healing time.
Appearance After Active FXTM
During the first 24 hours, the area will turn red which can last approximately three to five days. As the treated skin heals, new supportive tissue and collagen form deep within the skin and patients continue to see improvement in skin tightness and suppleness even beyond six months after surgery.
Several treatments may be required to obtain the total result you desire.
